OTP Not Received
Due to heavy server load, OTPs for mobile and email get delayed. This is the most common issue on the first and last day of form filling.
Fix: Wait for 15 mins. Check your Email’s SPAM folder. Try requesting OTP after 11 PM.
Aadhar/Details Already Exist
This error means you have already created an account on this portal (like SSC or UPSC) in the past years using your Aadhar or 10th details.
Fix: Do not register again. Go to Login > Click ‘Forgot Password’ to recover your old ID.
